For remote training and support you can use the TeamViewer QuickSupport application to allow the Ridom support team access to your computer desktop.
Please first contact us to arrange a date for a remote support session. Please tell us also your phone number where you can be reached in front of your SeqSphere+ computer.
Start Remote Support Session
In order to allow Ridom support to access your computer desktop, please download the TeamViewer software below and start it on your computer (no permanent installation and no admin rights needed).
A window with the title Teamviewer QuickSupport opens with an ID and a password, please state both to our support staff by phone.
